Our services include full translation and interpretation for all languages; same-day service upon request; and express legalisation at the Foreign Commonwealth Office and other Consulates.
For individual clients, among other services, we notarize documents for use abroad and copy documents. We also notarize Power of Attorneys, affidavits, oaths and declarations. For civil law nations, such as Russia and the UAE, we can advise on Powers of Attorney executed by minors.
Our principal was trained at a magic circle firm of solicitors – as well as holding the position of partner at another international firm – and thus has a deep understanding of Company Law. We have carried out work for all Big Four firms of accountants world-wide and have a wealth of experience notarising and legalising assignments and the granting of Powers of Attorney in trade-mark cases. We can also help with regards to executing documents for companies situated in the Isle of Man, the Cayman Islands, Jersey and the British Virgin Isles.
A brief walk from both Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations, we are situated opposite the Royal Academy of Arts and are adjacent to the Fortnum and Mason’s store. We are easily accessible from the Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Green Park, Piccadilly, Leicester Square and Hammersmith areas of London. We are also happy to travel to meet you at a place of your convenience.
We are registered with the Notaries Society and are therefore bound by their rules of conduct and due diligence. We are also insured and contribute to a Compensation Fund. All notaries have a limit of £1,000,000 for each claim.
